Our design process doesn’t start with trend boards or market forecasts.It starts with a question: “Would we wear this on a slow day?” Everything else builds from there. We think about fit - because comfort is the first impression.We think about fabric - because feeling good matters more than just looking good.We think about moments - lazy mornings, post-shower evenings, balcony hangouts. Would this piece belong there? We reject filler drops. We reject deadlines for the sake of it.If it’s not worth rewearing, it’s not worth releasing. Outkast isn’t just designed.It’s considered.
