Since we operate on a made-to-order model, your order is processed shortly after placement. If you need to make changes, contact us at info@outkastcode.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll try our best to help.
Where do you ship? +
We ship globally through fulfillment partners who automatically route your order based on your location. Whether you're ordering from India or abroad, your product will be processed seamlessly.
How long will it take to receive my order? +
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill and another 5–10 days to ship, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once your package is on its way.
Do you accept returns? +
We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details, and we'll resolve it quickly.
Do you accept exchanges? +
We do not currently offer exchanges. Each product is made-to-order, so we recommend checking your size carefully before ordering.
