Shipping & Returns
At Outkast, we don't believe in rushing, but we do believe in clarity. That's why we've kept our shipping and returns process straightforward, whether you're ordering from across the street or across the world.
Shipping & Fulfilment:
All our products are made-to-order, crafted with care, and shipped directly from our production partners. Fulfilment begins within 2–4 business days after you place your order.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro areas: 5–7 business days after fulfilment
- Non-metro / rural zones: 7–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days depending on your region
Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and order type. Prepaid orders may qualify for free shipping. COD availability is limited and includes a small processing fee.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We currently offer returns and exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Because each product is printed on demand, we do not support returns for size changes or buyer's remorse.
Raising a Return or Issue:
If there's an issue with your order, email us at info@outkastcode.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short note about what went wrong
Once we verify the issue, we'll either send a replacement or initiate a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns for orders where the wrong size was selected.
- Minor variations in color or print placement are natural in print-on-demand clothing. These are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
